Universitatea Craiova lost another game. This time was an away match played against a team from Sibiu county: Gaz Metan Medias. Craiova tried so hard to get points from this play but we were not lucky enough.

After a 0-0 first half, everybody had the felling this game will be a draw. In the 67th minute of the game Litu scored for Gaz Metan. Craiova worked hard to score, and in the end of the we had the best opportunity a football team can have: penalty kick. After a fault against Julius Wobay in the penalty area, Gangioveanu took the ball trying to score. He missed and the game ended with 3 points for Medias. Universitatea Craiova still waits for a victory.

Universitatea Craiova played the first game at home in this year. But the game was played in Drobeta Turnu-Severin, a city placed 120 Km to the west of Craiova. The stadium from Craiova is not possible to be used for a while so that Universitatea Craiova will play in Severin for the next 2 years.

Gaz Metan Medias did a good game and won without any doubt. Craiova tried hard to score and succeded in the minute 90+5 by Trica. Unfortunately this was not enough to get a good result. Another game lost for our team. Florin Costea missed a penalty kick in the 11th minute of the game.

This was the worst game of Universitate Craiova in the last 2 years. Even so Florin Costea scored for 0-1 in the 43th minute of the game. After the break, the team from Medias scored twice and they wonn the game.

It was a nice game. Nobody had a doubt concerning the winner of this game. Universitatea Craiova attacked all the time, from the 1st minute until the end. The guessts made also a nice match. They tried to score but they did not have chance this match. Maybe in the future.
